Mightyling manufactures rental LED screens, fine-pitch fixed displays, and flexible LED screens. Rental cabinets are the main line for concerts, festivals, exhibitions, brand launches, and sports. The same factory also builds fixed indoor screens for control rooms, showrooms, and conference halls.
Headquarters in Haiyan covers more than 20,000 square meters, including production, storage, and project support. The Shenzhen branch covers more than 6,000 square meters and runs two SMT lines for LED module production.
Each screen passes 13 production steps, including baking, printing, soldering, glue filling, and aging, then 7 checks that include vibration, water, power cycling, and panel impact. Finished panels are aged for at least 48 hours before shipment. Mightyling does not ship refurbished lamps. The stated pixel-failure limit is no more than 0.03%.
For rental and dealer customers, Mightyling provides remote technical support, spare modules, and the CE, RoHS, FCC, and ISO documents needed for a bid. Control systems ship with NovaStar unless a project specifies another brand. Overall warranty is 1 to 3 years, confirmed on the quotation.
