1. EMC optimized design 

In the application, the LED rental display needs to operate simultaneously with a variety of electronic devices, and in order to avoid electromagnetic interference with each other, the rental screen needs to be designed for EMC optimization. For example, PCB adopts non-spike wiring design, low-interference wiring mode, multi-layer copper-clad shielding, high and low frequency separation, sensitive signal multiple processing and other technologies; More optimized circuit design, such as multiple filtering, pure power technology, etc.; Multi-shielded EMC box structure design, etc., through the above design to solve electromagnetic interference.

2. Automatic correction 

What is "automatic calibration"? It is to store the calibration data on the module, and replace the module, receiving card, and sending card without any debugging, no need to resend the data, and it can be used after powering on! 

In traditional correction technologies such as "point-by-point correction", replacing the module and receiving the card requires professional operations to resend the correction data; It is necessary to give each module number, establish a folder to store the correction coefficient of the corresponding module, and store it in a U disk or mobile hard disk, the user needs to save the correction factor of the module separately, and record the module number, so that one by one corresponds; After replacing the receiving card or module, the correction coefficient needs to be re-imported, if the coefficient is not imported after replacing the module, the color block patch will appear; If the user loses the correction factor, the correction cannot be activated. 

With the rental screen of "automatic correction" technology, the user does not need to do any debugging after replacing the module or receiving the card, just replace it; The whole screen is the corrected effect, there is no color difference, color block, flower screen and other problems, and the whole screen is displayed normally as long as the power is on.

3. Box status monitoring 

The receiving card configured with the high-end rental screen can detect and monitor the communication status of the box temperature, humidity, power supply, and fan signal lines, so that the on-site staff can control the operation status of the box in real time.

4. Dual SIM and current sharing N+1 power supply double backup 

Because the LED display is composed of a large number of boxes and a large number of electronic devices, the inevitable failure rate of electronic equipment has been plaguing LED display users. Therefore, when some electronic devices on the LED screen fail, it is particularly important that the display can still work normally. 

Dual SIM and dual power backup function backup is a solution for ensuring the reliability and stability of LED display in high-demand environments. In dual-receiver backup mode, one cabinet uses two receiver cards. The two receiving cards work at the same time, hot backup status of each other, and automatically and seamlessly switch when any signal fails, ensuring that the display is foolproof. In the parallel use of current sharing power supply, the N+m backup method can be used to output a larger power. 

In the parallel system, each current sharing power supply can share less power according to the power share, and when a single power supply encounters fault damage, other current sharing power supplies can continue to provide power to the system to work, improving the reliability of the system.

5. Silent operation 

In some high-end occasions of rental screen applications, such as museums, concerts, press conferences, etc., the noise of LED display is required, and it is necessary to use low-noise fans or fanless and low-noise power supplies.

6. Intelligent brightness adjustment 

In the performance, there is only one light source on the stage, the LED rental screen, and its display effect will inevitably be affected by the stage lighting such as projection, spotlights, and moving head lights. Therefore, it is necessary to install automatic adaptation to the light sensitivity adjustment equipment for high-end rental screens, which will not affect the display screen due to ambient light.

7. Low reflectivity 

Due to the existence of other light sources such as projections, spotlights, and moving head lights, rental screens should also consider the problem of luminescence. The LED display packaging device adopts an all-blackbody packaging design, which is made of black PPA material and epoxy resin to make the front of the lamp bead black, so as to better improve the contrast of the display; The gel surface of the device adopts a matte design to avoid the light reflection caused by the glue mirror effect, so as to effectively reduce the reflection interference and make the screen display softer and brighter.
